Krystaline
Krystaline was looking for an opportunity to enter a career field through
which she could find enjoyment and success. At the time, she was not
looking into college attendance but need to find training that would
provide her with the skills needed to find employment.
Krystaline was one of the first Salem students to take advantage of our
Youth Scholarship program. Typically written as a three month program,
focusing on Word, Excel, basic clerical skills, and job readiness
training, Krystaline completed all of the requirements within only two
months.
Shortly after her training ended, Krystaline was offered a full-time
management trainee position with a financial support company. Krystaline
has reported that she is enjoying her new field of work.
