Supported Employment at DePaul
We have a tradition of providing support so that people with developmental disabilities can increase their productivity, develop good work habits, and take home a weekly paycheck. We have been committed to this mission for 40 years. Experienced job coaches contribute to individual service planning, teach new job skills, measure productivity, and attend to personal needs. DePaul Industries Supported Employment Program accepts referrals from county developmental disability services offices, and support service brokerages.
Individual On-Going Supports DePaul's Individual On-Going Supports service includes worksite monitoring and job maintenance in coordination with job coaching, inclusion assessment or skills training.
Facility-based Employment There are many types of interesting jobs at DePaul Industries in packaging, assembly and collating. Facility-based Employment might be just what you need. We have opportunities to work in a group with the support of a DePaul Industries job coach at all times during the workday (5-7 hours, Monday-Friday).
Food & Consumer Goods Packaging DePaul's Hayden Island facility utilizes our Supported Employees for a variety of job tasks. Supported Employees have assembled garage door brackets, labeled instant tea mix, packaged and sealed dog and cat treats, labeled T-shirts, and built thousands of cardboard boxes. Whatever your desire or need, let DePaul Industries help you become an independent, self-supporting and productive member of our community.
